SHOT IN OAKLAND

TMZ sources have confirmed that heir to the Domenick Hotel fortune Maxwell Reilly has been rushed to UCSF Medical Center following a shooting in Oakland, CA late last night. Reilly is said to be in critical but stable condition.

The shooting is said to have occurred sometime after 2am PST on February 2nd. Shots were heard behind the Bank of America building in the Eastmont area of Oakland. There were no witnesses.

USCF staff were able to confirm that Reilly presented to the Emergency Room minutes after the shooting occurred. The victim did not arrive by ambulance. Life-saving measures were performed, and the patient was stabilized and sent to the Intensive Care Unit for close monitoring.

May (Domenick) Reilly, owner and CEO of Domenick Hotels International and the victim's estranged mother, was unable to be reached for comment. Updates to this story will be posted as they are uncovered.
